By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below:

I, the artist, retain all ownership over any commissioned artworks and reserve the right to post it on my social media accounts and portfolio. If you wish for me not to publicize your commission, please mention it in the commission form.
All commissions are digital and for personal use only. You are allowed to post it to your social media but strictly with proper credit!
I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I am not comfortable with the subject matter.
My work is absolutely not allowed to be used/sold for NFTs and AI generated technologies!
Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions if you are unsure whether or not I will draw what you want for the commission.

------------- Payment & Fees -------------
Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.
A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.
A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
Any major changes will come with an extra charge. I reserve the right to charge an additional fee if I consider the changes to be over my workload limit. (e.g: redrawing an entire outfit, multiple major changes, extra complex request, etc.)
Excessive minor revisions which completely halts the forward progression of the commission will incur additional fees.
If by any chance I miss details you had already noted, you won't be charged.
-------- Process & Work Schedule --------
Clearly fill in the commission form and send it to my email address. If you have not received a reply within a few days, please resend the form.
I will send over a rough sketch for your approval before continuing the commission. Multiple minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. All edits and WIPs will be sent via email throughout the commission process.
Once you approve for the final sketch, full payment must be made via Paypal invoice. The commission will only be continued when the payment is received.
A limited amount of minor revisions (3 maximum) are allowed during the lineart/shading phase. Make sure you are 100% happy with the WIPs I send. When the final piece is complete, I will not make any further changes.
Depending on the waiting list, the type of commission, and external factors (ex: university and/or health-related issues), the turnaround time can be 1 week to 2 months. If any of the issues previously stated occur, you will be notified as soon as possible.
--------- Cancellation & Refunds ---------
If you would like to cancel your commission, refunds will be calculated depending on the progress of the artwork.
There are no refunds if you have already accepted your commission without complaints upon delivery! If you file a chargeback, your name will be blacklisted and publicly displayed everywhere for other artists to watch out for.
I have every right to file a complaint for the money I have received after a commission is confirmed from the client and the transaction for the payment is complete.
